This is what an Amazon buffet looks like - so, so yummy

What I miss the most – what I always miss the most – is my beloved Boo. He’s laying here with me, my massive fur-child, and this is peace. It means we’re both home.

Daddy is still alive. But every time we think the veil has lifted, that he’ll reel out of ICU and find the strength to dance again, he takes a giant leap backward. Right now, his stool is bloody and he’s riddled with infection. If it reaches his belly, they’ll have to operate – this is how the mess started to begin with. Daddy has fake heart valves, and must therefore keep the blood thin. He’s no good at clotting. If they cut him open, he’s going to bleed out.
Happy thoughts. Happy thoughts.

For now, he breathes. I’ll be back with him soon; can’t stay away from the parents for too long right now. But somehow I have to make money. Somehow I have to stay responsible.

I still have Huachuma to share with you, and that will be next. The way in which my father’s journey into the netherworlds matches up with my spiritual jaunt is astonishing – I will find a way to put it all in words. First, though, my bloodshot eyes need some down time. My flaking hands need a warm body to nuzzle.

I have it all, of course. No worries – the heart is happy. The ascension is landing.
