One always thinks "I should or should not do", "what I should do", and that causes blindness and distraction. Also at that time usually starting in fear. When you suffer is always the ego. Crossing the great barrier is for me as a bird breaks its shell at birth and open their eyes to a new world. When the truth unfolds, words are useless. I wish you luck in this way for clarity.
